Built a full-stack AI lead scoring and routing platform end to end (client and admin portals, persona-based routing, inbound lead notifications) using an AI-native build stack: Lovable, Claude Code, and Python — first working version in hours, not weeks.
Engineered a logistic regression model in Python and Orange to score inbound leads by conversion likelihood; structured synthetic training data, validated coefficients, and deployed the scoring logic into a live CRM.
Authored PRDs and scoring rubrics so the system could be maintained without me; presented directly to non-technical stakeholders, translating modeling decisions into plain-language tradeoffs.
